Welcome to Bayside Luxury Accommodation. Whether it be for business or pleasure, our properties have been designed for the discerning traveller to marvellous Melbourne. Albert Park and Elwood draw on premier and vibrant bay side locations that are literally adjacent to restaurants, cafes, boutiques, parks, gardens and transport but are perfectly situated just off the main streets to ensure some quiet time when needed.

Albert Park and Elwood will give the visitor a friendly village feel yet the City of Melbourne and all its attractions are but minutes away.

Its the little things that make the big difference be it the sumptuous leather couches, the top of the range king size beds, quality linen, the LCD screens or perhaps just the welcome provisions on arrival or the private hire car transfer. Our aim no matter what is to make sure you want to come and stay again and again.

Room Types
Elwood	The Elwood Apartment has two bedrooms - master with king size bed, second with two singles. There are two bathrooms plus a powder room. Kitchen is full size and fully equipped including dishwasher. Other features include open lounge with LCD/DVD/CD and dining for up to six. There is a study desk with high speed internet and an internal laundry with washer and dryer. Elwood is air conditioned with Gas BBQ and Foxtel digital.
Albert Park	Albert Park Apartment has three bedrooms - master with king size bed, second with queen size bed and third with two king singles that can be joined to form another king size. Two of the bedrooms have an LCD T.V. The kitchen is full size and fully equipped including dishwasher and European stainless steel appliances. Other features include separate lounge with large format LCD with Bose DVD/CD surround sound and dining for up to eight. There are two showers and a laundry with washer and dryer. Albert Park also has a study desk with high speed internet and electric BBQ. Foxtel digital is available.

Bookings are confirmed in advance with a 50% deposit secured by credit card. The balance is due on check in with sundries payable on vacating.

CANCELLATIONS
- within 60 days of arrival, a 0.00 cancellation fee and the balance of funds refunded.
- under 60 days prior arrival, no refund of deposit.
- no show, guests will be responsible for full payment.

Guests agree that any damage caused during the course of a stay will be deducted from their credit card. Terms and conditions are subject to change. Please remember our properties are located in peaceful residential area's. We respect our neighbours rights and are vigilant in preserving this quiet environment. As such the management reserves the right to evict on the basis of unruly behaviour, excessive noise levels and in the event of extra guests staying above those agreed to at the time of booking.
